These terms are illustrative and subject to confirmation before commercial launch. They do not replace the individual quotation and agreement issued for a booking.
Booking and reservation payment
A provisional date is held for 48 hours. The date becomes confirmed once the signed booking agreement and the stated reservation payment—currently illustrated as £150—have been received. The reservation payment is applied to the total session price.
Final payment
The remaining balance is intended to be payable seven days before the session unless the quotation states otherwise. Optional portraits, albums, wall art, travel or venue costs are charged as agreed in writing.
Changing your date
Our draft policy allows one date change without an additional administration fee when at least 14 days’ written notice is provided. A request made within 14 days may require a new reservation payment, except where otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
The reservation payment is intended to cover planning and the date held for the client and is therefore normally non-refundable. Where Naughty.Maison must cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, payments for undelivered services will be refunded.
Worldwide sessions
The client is responsible for agreed travel, accommodation, local transport, permits, visas, insurance and location charges. Non-recoverable travel costs already committed remain payable if the client cancels or changes the booking.
Image selection, retouching and delivery
Only images selected through the agreed process are edited and delivered. Editing style, file type, delivery times and permitted usage will be stated in the final agreement. Raw or unedited files are not normally supplied.
Privacy, consent and age
All participants must be aged 18 or over. Client images remain private unless the client gives specific written permission for identified images and uses. Consent to publication may be limited or refused without affecting the photography service.
