Naughty.Maison is a boudoir photography studio based in Milton Keynes and operating as part of OK4UK Group. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naughty.Maison.

Your photographs
Your photographs are private by default. We will not publish, display, enter into awards, use for advertising or share your identifiable photographs without your explicit written permission. Permission can be limited to particular images or uses.
Microsoft Forms and service providers
Our registration and booking form is provided through Microsoft Forms. Information submitted through that form is processed using Microsoft’s services and delivered to our private response register. We also use reputable providers for website hosting, secure file delivery, payment processing and professional services where necessary.
How long we keep information
We retain booking and financial records for the period required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Image retention is agreed as part of the photography service. You may ask us about the retention period applying to your booking at any time.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal information, request correction or deletion, object to certain uses, restrict processing or withdraw a consent you previously provided. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
